Selling Upton Park to Boleyn Phoenix for £40m, BP flip it instantly for £60m and cease trading immediately with this as it's only ever transaction.
Claiming they'll never take a penny out of the club and have to date taken approx £25m in interest alone, and god knows how much more rolled over.
They will not be missed

On that note they have to be remembered as the owners that threw away TWO chances at European football because we had to play reserves & kids against a Romanian League team who did this to us TWICE.....classic example of not ever having a decent squad under their reign.......

Throwing away every good opportunity we had during their tenure to capitalise on a good season or a decent squad and kick on and fulfil the potential of the club by being too stingy and failing to do what was needed finance wise to then land us back in the bottom third of the table or even the bottom three. Just doing enough to keep us in the top division while they wait for the selling clause on the stadium to expire, talking a good game of champions league while never really delivering what they needed to deliver to make it happen.
That and Sullivan thinking he knows football better than all the managers we've had, shitting on them when they've left and taking all the credit for any success or good signings while putting the blame for any failure or bad signings squarely on the shoulders of the manager(s) at the time.

The Cesspit Getting us relegated Employing the hideously disgusting, cold sore-ridden fat OAF Rewarding players for three good games with ridiculously long & expensive contracts Failing to have anyone who understands football on the board
On the plus side
They're ( I say they, its really only Sullivan) more accessible than any owners we've had previously, always responsive and helped a lot of people with tickets, experiences and stuff when people/family members have passed away They've spent loads. Just really really badly - see above re.ridiculous wages and not having anyone who understands football on the board

Sixty thousand fans at home games.
Relegating us due to their risk taking.
Getting us back up first time.
Two best seasons in the EPL under their stewardship.
Winning nothing.

I'd say Rice will probably be the most remembered player of the era, with Payet coming in at a close 2nd.

Fuck me, where do you start?
'We saved the club from going under, we're probably mad to take on the ownership as we're a hundred millions in debt'.
Now look at us, one hundred and ten million in debt, a free stadium and that CUNT Sullivan won't put his hands in his pocket.
We're still hearing 'a loan with an option to buy' constantly and we all know that he will leave it until half an hour before the window closes and rifle through the bins.

The awful stadium is obviously the worst thing, but add to that:
- the crappy badge - charging interest on loans to the club - the lies - employing avram - not sacking him - the cringe worthy interviews
But my personal favourite was the leaked email which read like it had been drafter by a child - something about ‘it you don’t accept our offer we’ll loan someone from PSG’.
